If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Refunds

We DO NOT provide refunds for our services. The only scenario where you can get a refund is if our service is not as we described it will be, or if our software is not giving you the results promised to you and only in the case where our software was not working properly.

In the case of your mistake or if the tech stack you use has caused an error and it’s not the fault of our software that you’re not getting the results promised to you, then you’re not entitled to a refund.

Rebillings are also not entitled to refunds. If you plan to quit our software make sure you unsubscribe from it before the rebilling happens.

Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

9. Connected Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts that you own or control - including Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets - so the Service may access data from those accounts on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us this access. We will use the accessed data solely to provide the Service to you as described in our Privacy Policy, and will not sell or share it with third parties. You may revoke this access at any time from your True Metriks account settings or directly with the relevant third-party provider. Your use of each third-party service is also governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of data True Metriks has collected about you or your connected third-party accounts at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

11. Subscription and Domain

Each subscription is licensed to a single root domain that you register and verify in your account, along with its subdomains. Your subscription covers that one domain only, with unlimited subdomains under it. Tracking an additional domain requires a separate subscription.

The verified domain is fixed for the life of your subscription. It cannot be changed, transferred, or reassigned to a different domain, and deleting the data associated with your domain does not release your subscription to be used with another domain. A subscription is tied to the specific domain it was activated for, regardless of how that domain is later used or whether you continue to operate it.

12. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and as a business, to refuse, suspend, or stop supporting any business or customer at any time, without prior warning and without being required to give a reason. This includes removing a business from the platform and not allowing it to create or use an account again.

If we end an account in this way, we will refund any amount the business has paid for service it has not yet used. We are not otherwise required to provide compensation, and ending an account under this section does not change the conditions in the Refunds section above.
