You tell us the problem. We go into your existing tracking setup, find the root cause, and fix that specific problem so your data is accurate again. It is a focused, one-time fix of the issue you describe, not an open-ended retainer. Common things we are asked to fix:

  • Pixels or events that are not firing, or firing twice
  • Conversions that do not match between your ad platform and your store
  • Server-side or Conversions API events that never arrive
  • Attribution that looks off or credits the wrong source
  • GTM, dataLayer or tag setups that quietly stopped working
  • Numbers that do not line up across Facebook, Google, GA4 and TikTok

  • A recorded video walkthrough of what was wrong and that it is now fixed

Priced separately

  • New requests beyond the original problem, like extra events, new platforms or added features
  • Migrating or extending your tracking to a different system is its own project
  • You can always switch to our own tracking instead, see our plans

If the scope grows once we are in, we tell you the added price up front before doing any extra work. You are never charged more without agreeing first
