No refunds
TrueMetriks does not provide refunds. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card, so you can use the full product for 14 days before you are ever charged.
Why we do not offer refunds
Because the free trial lets you try everything TrueMetriks does without entering any payment details, you can evaluate the product completely before you decide to pay. Nothing is charged automatically, and your trial does not convert into a paid plan on its own. If TrueMetriks is not the right fit, simply let your trial end.
Trial and billing
Your free trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card. Your trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically; you are charged only when you choose to subscribe. By subscribing, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Rebilling and cancellation
When you subscribe, your plan renews automatically and you are rebilled each billing cycle. We do not send reminders before a rebill. If you want to stop, cancel before your next billing date - you can do this easily from your dashboard at https://app.truemetriks.com, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Once a rebill has gone through, it is not refundable.
In short, there are no refunds on your initial purchase and no refunds on recurring (rebilled) charges.
Exceptions
The only circumstance in which a refund may be considered is if the Service does not work as described and the failure is caused by our software, rather than by your own configuration or by a third-party tool in your stack.
