Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data that True Metriks (operated by Game Dev Pro LLC) holds about you or about third-party accounts you have connected to the Service.

1. Disconnect the connected account
If you previously connected a Meta (Facebook) Ads account, Google Ads account, or any other third-party service to True Metriks, you can disconnect it at any time:

Disconnecting stops any further data collection but does not delete data we have already collected on your behalf.

2. Request deletion of stored data
To request deletion of data we have already collected, send an email to support@truemetriks.com with:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • The email address associated with your True Metriks account (if any)
  • Any connected third-party account identifiers you want deleted (for example, Meta Ad Account ID, Google Ads Customer ID)

We will confirm receipt within two (2) business days and complete deletion within thirty (30) days of the original request. Once deletion is complete, we will notify you by email.

3. What we delete
On receipt of a valid deletion request, we will remove: stored access tokens for your connected accounts; cached advertising performance data retrieved on your behalf (including from Meta/Facebook Ads); and any derived metrics or reports associated with those accounts. Some data may remain in backup systems for up to ninety (90) additional days before being permanently purged. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself for legal and audit purposes.
